Tuesday nights- Robert is going to prepare a prix dinner priced around $35.00 and each week it will be paired for a varietal – pinot, cab etc.You bring the wine -no corkage charged and the idea is to share your wine with others and they will with you.Any thoughts

Last Monday night Roseanne Barr had dinner with us.She was in a party of 4 and eat from the Passover menu – she had the lamb shank. On Friday Jimmel Kimmel had dinner at Bouzy with a girlfriend enjoying the famous Pancho Burger

What a great winedinner last night at Chez. A packed house, plenty of Pisoni wine, a great meal and the crazy Gary Pisoni – it felt like New Years Eve came early.I love this guy.

Well did you see Lisa and I on TV . We actually were at Lido for 41/2 hours. We paid. We actually went because Lisa got an email through LA Casting. We didn’t know till the day before that it was going to be Lido. We were quite surprised as we didn’t think they were in that sort of trouble. It was pretty painful. The dinner was long because Gordon closed the kitchen for an hour.

We are going to be serving Modern Jewish Cuisine for Passover this year. Robert will be going in a Mediterrenean direction rather traditional. The menus will be available 29th and 30th of March.

Tomorrow night on Fox you will see Gordon Ramsey on the series Kitchen Nightmares doing his thing at Lido di Manhattan in Manhattan Beach. I was there and I will be very interested in how the episode goes. I heard the shouting, I saw the crying,I ate the food, I even went back after the episode to see the changes.
